In keeping with the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010, Kronos provides the following disclosures:

Verification: Kronos’ business philosophy is to conduct business with responsible working conditions, ethical business practices, and environmental stewardship globally throughout its supply chain. Kronos does not have a formal program for proactive verification that its suppliers are not engaging in human trafficking or slavery. In the event we are made aware that a supplier may be engaging in prohibited conduct, we will undertake such investigation and take such action as it deems reasonable and proper under the circumstances.

Auditing: Kronos requires that its suppliers comply with all applicable laws. Kronos does not have a formal program to conduct audits of its suppliers with respect to human trafficking or slavery. In the event we are made aware that a supplier may be engaging in prohibited conduct, it will undertake such investigation and take such action as it deems reasonable and proper under the circumstances.

Certification: Kronos generally requires that its suppliers comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations in the jurisdictions in which they do business. Currently, we do not expressly require or direct suppliers to certify that they comply with anti-slavery and human trafficking laws in the country or countries in which they do business.

Accountability: Kronos requires all team members and contractors to follow our philosophy and principles in conducting business. Team members who fail to comply are subject to disciplinary action and contractors who fail to comply may be dropped from Kronos’ supply chain. Kronos’ internal standards and procedures do not expressly address slavery and human trafficking.

Training: Kronos’ business philosophy will continue to evolve and adapt to a changing world. Our basic foundation is unchanged from the time of the origins of the company, and reflects the basic ideas of fairness, honesty, and a general concern for people. We do not provide employees or contractors specific training on human trafficking and slavery at the moment.
